Integrate.Me is a short documentary film that follows my journey through an experimental therapy, demonstrating how I transitioned from coping with PTSD to actively building a balanced life and finding belonging. The film is my directorial debut and one of the 13 short docs comprising Season 4 of PBS POV Shorts.

Integrate.Me was produced as part of the Otherly, a collection of short documentaries made for Instagram Stories and co-produced by American Documentary's interactive branch, POV Spark, and The National Film Board of Canada.
